Level 4 Fire Attribute Beast-Warrior Type Monster with 1800 ATK & 200 DEF

If a face-up "Fire King" monster you control is destroyed by a card effect (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Fire King Avatar" monster from your graveyard, except "Fire King Avatar Rasetsu". You can only use this effect of "Fire King Avatar Rasetsu" once per turn.

The 1st eff is just DUH.
The 2nd eff it's kinda mixed btw Yaksha and Fire King Avatar Garunix and i think the Grave part is fair considering that it's a LV 4 and has a better ATK....
The except "Fire King Avatar Rasetsu" Part?
i was going to remove that part at first but than i thought about it
Rasetsu + Circle = 3 to 4 monsters in one turn specially late games/if you open'd with Generation Shift and it also can make Diamond Dire Wolf Broken.
The Once per turn eff?
Just like Yaksha, they made it for a reason you know!
