Here's the 1st October 2014 [OCG Banlist]

Forbidden:
None

Limited:
El Shaddoll Construct
El Shaddoll Winda
Summoner Monk
Dark Armed Dragon
Star Seraph Sovereign
Soul Charge
Sinister Shadow Games

Semi-Limited:
Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind

No longer limited:
Wind-Up Shark
Abyss-sphere
Needlebug Nest

Now the real question! Could we have this list or some of those changes here in the TCG?

The answer is probably NO. Why because it's not the same meta and let's be more clear about few things:

Konami of America won't hart ShadLOLz because more support are coming and that will definitely make them lose a lot of cash.

Dark Armed Dragon @ 2 was a huge mistake

Soul Charge even at 1 still not a fair card and it should get banned once and for all.

And About the Summoner Monk / Star Seraph Sovereign is just to prevent the Shock Lock.

Everything else i'm fine with it.
