January 2014 Top Tiers / Pre-Legacy of the Valiant

There's a storm coming! The meta will change dramatically this time.
We all heard about rumors/opinions on YouTube, Forums... actually everywhere about January 2014 Top Tiers and i didn't want to post my own list till i finish collecting more information & statics about people using those decks irl & online.
We all know that the next YCS will be on Sydney Australia, January 18-19th 2014 and that's 5 days before the Legacy of the Valiant (January 24, 2014) so i didn't want to give credits for decks like Bujins, Gravekeeper's & Chronomaly...ect.

    Noble Knights deck is Tier 1 definitely and i'm sure that we wont have the chance to see decks like gadgets, inzektors & even Dark World. Mermails are going to win the event.

      Noble Knights deck 12th Place Montreal Regional unlike Bujins who didn't see play, but still the real hype will start after YCS Australia where most people wont depends on inzektors crazy builds xD
